I received a prompt response considering the circumstances with the ongoing event that the company had experienced. The President of the company even took the time to reach out via Discord and assist me in my issue. In a matter of a couple hours, my server was back up and running on a new VPS like nothing ever happened!

Modern Solutions Delivers! As Co-Owner of a GTA 5m Server Who lost their old CAD my Community and I needed a Quick Replacement. Thankfully the Team at Modern Solutions was there After paying our New Onyx CAD I Received the CAD about 3 hours after my initial purchase. Modern Solutions Also Has an Amazing Staff/Support Team That is willing To work with you and make adjustments to fit your needs. I Would Definitely Reccomend them to Anyone Just Getting into 5M gameplay. I Also Have Seen they have a Few other products such as Teamspeak and VPS that I push for my community to Try.

As said in the title, the cad was easy to use, easily customizable and the balance between paid and free content. If I had to means to do so I would without a shadow of doubt upgrade and spend my money on this CAD because in my opinion it would be worth it.

I purchased a VPS package and after the initial provisioning process I was having difficulty getting it to start/bootup. I reached out to tech support and they were able to quickly get me up and running. The tech's communication throughout the process was clear and informative. Their support was very quick. I very much appreciate the speed, courtesy and humor of the techs. Thank you!

Modern Solutions is a great provider, they are diligent with responding to tickets and overall give you what you paid for. I had a simple question about customization in the CAD / MDT I ordered and no one on the support team could help, so they sent me to Tyler G. himself, the CEO. He was able to help me resolve my issue and was extremely nice. I definitely recommend this product!

I would like a full refund. I clicked purchase before making a account , thinking it would just let me add it onto a server once I’ve done, but did not receive it. I also contacted customer service and got no response. I attempted joining the discord server but the community support is read only.

Very in depth cad one of the best I've used, only complaint is when setting up a civ persona on cad the only option is to use kilograms for their weight. If there was a setting on the AMC Community manager to switch between imperial and metric for the community I believe that would be a great improvement.

This CAD is good for start up and because it's free but I would not pay for this CAD because the errors they have they don't fix. They're editing power lacks on arrests report and citation need work. It only shows jail time in seconds and the citation fee area doesn't work. Civilian notes doesn't work and the Civilian character area needs work. (example: when you put the character's weight in it asks for "metic" measurements but then changes it to pounds later.

I enjoy the CAD itself, however we have been in contact with the technical team to fix our Court System. They have not fixed it after several months now. This is something we really want to use, and we have contacted them several times with no progress other than them closing our tickets without fixing the issue.

Brilliant Company, I've been using RocketCAD for ages now and I've never regretted using it. The fact that you can basically fully customise that system is absolutely perfect for anyone trying to create a community, whether it be on the FiveM platform or just regular GTA Online on Console. I would not use any other CAD system other than the ones ModernSolutions have made.

I had an issue with permissions for my admins and I made a ticket, after one response from the team again after they requested information from me, i sent them what they needed.

this has already been a week since i first made a ticket and they closed it and didnt help, might be changing services

Better then any other support that I've seen through online tickets. Most big sites use bots for their support, these are actual agents ready to help you out with any issue. Keep up the great work.

The service is absolutely wonderful. It is great for my FiveM community and the Staff are super kind and always here to help with any issues that may arise. I've had the free plan for a while and there are hardly any limitations and that is one of the money reasons I am in love with RocketCAD.

If that isn't enough, it's owned by the best hosting company out there: Modern Solutions. They have cheap VPS', Community Management Systems and their staff are always helpful in the setup process.

Most CAD/MDT Systems charge you more for less, however, with RocketCAD, I know I am always getting 24/7 Support for really cheap. To show you they aren't money hungry, they only have 2 plans: Free and $8/month, this is an awesome service and I will not be switching any time soon for any reason at all.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Modern Solutions for making this dream a reality for new communities on the FiveM platform.
